Looks complicated but its fairly simple. First measure the overall outer cable length as all the cables are entered on the page from the shortest to the longest. So find a cable your required length, then have a look at the fitting types on the cables that match your sample and then see if the " Inner cable Free Length matches" very important this bit is correct.
